What is the “True Self” in a nutshell? It is your deepest dreams, longings, and the seeds of your authentic values. At some point, quite unintentionally, they were replaced by those that are socially acceptable. That is when suffering emerged, and it continues to this day. Don’t worry—this is all natural, but only if you awaken your True Self. This can only be achieved through crisis, and only in the second half of life.
This is exactly what we do at our Foundation. That is why we created the Transparency 2.0 program and the Transparent Collaboration Program—the natural environment for every True Self. We don’t deal in theories. Have you seen our video on Transparent Meetings? Brilliant, simple, practical. That is exactly what the True Self is like. It is a “little genius” that can only reach maturity in the second half of life.
