Transparency 2.0: The Essence

Biblical — but not religious

Biblical Transparency 2.0 draws on the deepest structure of human identity and the path to its liberation and development as revealed in biblical wisdom — not as a set of religious rules, but as a map of what the human self actually is, and what it is capable of becoming.

We do not need to belong to any religion. We do not adopt any belief system. Instead, we see the world and ourselves through the lens of our true SELF and God’s perspective, which is in complete opposition to the human perspective. This may be shocking, but it’s true.

RELIGION AND HUMAN SPIRITUALITY SAY

Follow the rules. Join the institution or circle. Believe the doctrine. Meditate, perform the rituals. Be a good member of the structure, or follow your own path or a teacher.

BIBLICAL TRANSPARENCY 2.0 SAYS

Do everything you can so that your true SELF undergoes the process of initiation. Only its Creator can accomplish it — and only through His epic process of liberation and development in His knowledge and in His image. Your false self is an illusion. Let the true self lead.

  • The Rediscovery of the True Self: The most important process of these end times is rediscovering our childhood True Self and developing it into a new, mature human being.
  • The New Paradigm: It is the creation of a space for like-minded people to overcome the toxic and immature paradigm of control.

The so-called harvest of the human true SELF has already begun. This is not just another theory or trend. All of it is encoded in the Book of Revelation — not as religion, but as the coming reality.

How does Transparency 2.0 work in practice?

Module 1 — The Transparent Meeting

Those boring meetings… it doesn’t have to be this way!

THE CORE DISTINCTION

Two versions of Transparency.

Only one is real.

TRANSPARENCY 1.0

The version of the false self

TRANSPARENCY 2.0

The Biblical version

Processes and systems that optimize performance
Embraces the full structure of the human self (false and true)
The lie of the false self as a tool to achieve illusory social goals
The righteousness of the true self as a tool to achieve real goals
The false ego dressed in authentic language
The real self — the one from childhood — is restored
Relationships as strategic partnerships
Authentic relationships emerging from who you truly are
Personal development as a form of hiding internal weakness by building destructive illusions of power
Development of the true self — epic, biblical, not religious, real: from weakness to real power
Cooperation as a game of control based on appearances
Cooperation rooted in truth, not a game
Transparency in what you do — not in who you are
Transparency in who you are and what you do

WHY STRUGGLE THIS MUCH?

In the space of Transparency 2.0, there is no burnout, depression, or hopelessness in the second half of life. Instead, one must fight for their true SELF. The fruit of such a process is a completely new life and identity — a second period of extraordinary development and creativity after 50, power after 60, and fullness after 70.

We take only one thing with us from this life: our identity. It is what determines our future after the death of the body, not some beliefs of a deceptive mind. The ancients understood this; the modern, reprogrammed human has no inkling of it — and that is why they struggle so much with themselves.

From illusion to real Transparency 2.0

The FTC Foundation has a long and fruitful history. The first milestone of our work was the creation of the FTC 1 Transparent Organization Standard. However, as practitioners, we felt that something was missing in that model.

We made a conscious decision to freeze our operational activities to explore the true nature of transparency in people’s lives and work. We sought the answer to one question: How can we make transparency more than just a declaration, but a real alternative to the system of control that produces burnout and depression?

We succeeded. The result of our work is the Transparency 2.0 program, of which our proprietary © FTC.pl Transparent Collaboration System is an integral part.
